Dear friends,
Today 07 November, 2014 is National Cancer Awareness DAY, which observed to stress upon early detection and cure of Cancer. The disease is one the leading causes of deaths in India. Now a days, to diagnose Cancer in stage I or II, the chances of survival become higher if treatment stated timely. It is utmost important to consult doctor in case of any unusual symptoms. 
Below are few simple prevention which can save from Cancer:
>  Avoid tobacco and alcohol
>  Increase physical activities
>  Don't ignore any body changes
>  Be alert to the warning signs of Cancer like
     -  Change in bowel or bladder habits
     -  A wound that does not heal
     -  Unusual bleeding or discharge or weight loss
     -  Thickening or lump in body
     -  Ingestion difficulty in swallowing
     -  Obvious change in wart or mole
     -  Nagging cough or hoarseness of voice

They have been conducting many Awareness programs in different areas.
