Dear friends,

A Delhi Charity Run / Walkathon – A BLAST….

On 2nd Oct, 2013, it was organized by footsteps4u at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi. This event had been organized under Joy of Giving Week as Fund Raising Program to NGOs directly. Many NGOs have participated on this occasion and our Kulshrestha Kalyan Samiti is one of them. More than 3500 participants have joined there.

Capt. M S Kohli, Leader of First Successful Expedition Group to Mount Everest (1965) and Mrs. Sunita Godara, Asian Marathon Champion (1992), the most prominent personalities were also the part of this occasion.

The program was very energetic and entertaining. All members participated under Samiti’s banner were felt very excited and walked under leadership of our Hon'ble President Col. (R) Virendra Sahai Verma throughout the way. Samiti distributed T-Shirt tagged with its name along with Cap to all members participated under Samiti.

Walkathon moved up with the flag-off by VIPs and geared up with the National flag in the hands of Smt. Nishi Kulshrestha and Smt. Prachi Kulshrestha. Our President Col. Verma declared them as Ambassadors for Delhi Charity Walk from Samiti’s end.

We especially thank Shri Sanjeev and Smt. Prachi Kulshrestha for their motivational support and meaningful participation in all respect. We also thank Shri Gandhi C Prajapati for joining us and controlling the event.

Although, it was a very good Outing, Fun with charm and Meeting with different NGOs & VIPs. Moreover, the participation was genuinely very supported and encouraged with many announcements for Kulshrestha Kalyan Samiti on such International platform.

Overall, the program was a GREAT SUCCESS with a new beginning for KULSHRESTHA KALYAN SAMITI on such public occasion.
